I arrived today at 5 PM and found a sign saying they don't have enough staff to open, and that they will be opening at 6:30 PM instead. In the middle of dinner service, they have no staff at all? I can understand being understaffed and having to wait, but having no one to serve customers is unacceptable. This place has serious problems. I tried calling several times today, but no one answered the phone. When I finally went there, it took 30 minutes to get a pizza, even though there were only a few people working in the back. It was pure chaos!
Came here to get a pepperoni pizza , had to wait almost 10 minutes for some one just to take my order even though I see at least 7 people working inside. All this time they knew I was standing by the register. Then I have to wait another 10 minutes for one pepperoni pizza that's supposed to be ready to go . Never again coming to this horrible location. Also noticed some guy putting hot wings into containers not wearing gloves , and the guy boxing and cutting the pizzas not wearing gloves either.
Workers were very rude. Guy at the counter started screaming at customers that he hates his job and that he's quitting. All the workers were in the back laughing and talking in a circle while there was more than 7 separate customers waiting to get their order for more than 30 minutes. I had a mobile order that was supposed to be done when I got there but they extended the wait by 30 mins. Very unsatisfied and displeased.
I found that the crust of my pizza was undercooked. I had to wait a long time for it to be hot and ready, but when I checked it before leaving, the crust was still not fully baked. After that, I had to wait for them to make me a new pizza. I did notice that the presentation of the pizza was quite appealing, but overall, my experience was quite disappointing due to the long wait.

If I could do less than 1 star I would. I put an order online so I could have it before I go to work and I get here and I'm waiting more than 15 minutes when the app said it would be ready by 11:04 I'm still here and it's almost 11:20 I need to be at work soon and this is what I was trying to avoid.. this had happened more than once and it's ridiculous.
Rude employees. Called about my order that I had placed for later and wanted to see if I could pick it up earlier since it gave me the option of an early pick and they said they couldn't find it then when they did locate my order they said an earlier pick up is not an option since they haven't started it and hung up
Long wait time. A lot of young teens working or so we say.All i know is that their work ethic would have not been tolerated 5 years ago. Back when i worked the summer job. It's true, time and things change, unfortunate.
I ordered from here a few times, and each time I had to wait about 10 minutes. The food was never hot and ready. Even when I ordered online, I ended up waiting 10 to 20 minutes after picking it up from the app.

Unfortunately, our online order was canceled after waiting for location for 45 minutes. they said they would close this morning, but no previous announcement.
Ordered online and waited an hour and thirty minutes for one pizza and some bread sticks. Slower than slowe.
