Edit 6/20/21: we spoke with the store manager because our refund was never processed and he apologized for what happened on this day. They were able to remake our order and the food was great today . I give this place 4 stars as sometimes their crazy bread can be hit or miss ?. 6/13/21: Ordered pizza today at 11:00a on the app for pickup between 11:30a-11:40a the current time is 12:06p and there is no one here at all. I can?t even contact corporate to get a refund for my order. Would have been nice if the app would have not allowed anyone to order food if the store was not being ran by any employees today. That is why this location is getting a 1 star today. Other days we didn?t have issues...
Waited an hour and 45 minutes for a single pizza and bread sticks before asking for a refund. They couldn 't even give me a rough idea of how much longer it would be, and acted like I was unreasonable for asking after an hour and a half. Didn 't get any kind of explanation or even a 'sorry for the wait. ' I understand being short staffed, but there is no excuse for the complete disregard for the customer. Service has been steadily going downhill, and it 's about rock bottom now. Tried contacting corporate, never got an answer back. Go anywhere else in Freeport for pizza, you 'll get better service.

I love the convenience of ordering online or via the app and picking it up from the pizza portal. However, if you choose to order in person, it can take a bit longer; I've seen people waiting inside when I go to collect my pizza. I should also note that the deep dish doesn't always have those crispy, burnt cheese edges, but overall, it's still a better choice than Little Caesars.

On June 13, 2021, I placed a pizza order at 11:00 AM via the app for pickup at 11:40 AM. As of 12:06 PM, no one has shown up, and I can't get in touch with anyone for a refund. It would have been helpful if the app had restricted orders when the store was short-staffed. Because of this experience, I can only give one star today. Normally, we have no issues, but today was definitely an exception.
I had an incredibly awful experience at this restaurant. The owner behaved inappropriately, and to top it off, the cashier took my phone and accidentally dropped it into a sauce bucket in the back. When he returned it to me, it was somehow baked into my pepperoni pizza. This was simply unacceptable.
The owner of this establishment ate my grandma and then threw Doritos at my 2 year old son. The cashier stole my phone and shoved it into the sauce bucket they keep in the back. He then proceeded to serve my phone back to me, but baked into mypepperoni pizza. Absolutely horrible.
I loved her pizza, but it's just going downhill. The ingredients are cheaper and they are more sloppy at assembly. The last few times the pizza has been cooked long enough.

The food is reasonably priced, but the Freeport Store had a somewhat unclean appearance. The flavor of the food met my expectations.
My order was incorrect. My cheesy crazy bread came burnt and I never got my regular crazy bread either.
