By 9:15 PM, I was informed that my order was still not finished, and I was instructed to park and wait until I was signaled that it was ready, with employees waving from the drive-thru windows. I received an email at 9:25 PM stating that my order was ready.

When I checked the order for accuracy, I found that the pizza was lukewarm and not as I had requested. The wings were cold, and so were the breadsticks. Additionally, I had ordered sauce for the breadsticks, but it was not included. The young lady at the window seemed a bit confused about how to assist me, so I requested to speak with the manager. It took at least another five minutes for the so-called manager to arrive at the window. When she did, she merely offered an apology and a free drink for the delay.
They did remake my order, but it wasn't ready until around 10:10 PM, which I found to be absolutely ridiculous. Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had...

Although the meals were nice and tender. The pizza was very cheesy like the logo. Customer service here is terrible, one time i placed an order of 5 pizzas they gave me a half bitten pizza box. How outrageous, that was a furious experience but another one that?s even more infuriating was this one time they put pineapple on my pizza and I clearly stated for a cheese pizza. They disrespected me and mixed me up with another order. I got refunded half I payed and I?m never going to buy here again. (This is 2 days later and I just bought little Caesar?s pizza again oops)
Little Caesars Pizza is the best spot in the area! When we walked in, Euodia greeted us with a smile and displayed a level of professionalism that was impressive. She kindly asked if it was alright to wait five minutes for my order, and her friendly attitude made the entire experience enjoyable. I had almost lost faith in Little Caesars Pizza due to the dirtiness and poor service at nearby locations, but I will certainly be coming back to this one for their menu!

This is the best spot in the area! When we arrived, Euodia welcomed us with a smile and was extremely professional. She informed me that there would be a 5-minute wait for my order and was simply delightful throughout the whole process. I had almost given up on Little Caesars Pizza because the nearby places were unclean and had poor customer service. However, I will definitely return to this location.
