Every time I visit Little Caesars Pizza, I end up waiting for at least 20 minutes or more. There are plenty of employees working, though I'm not sure how busy they actually are. I’ve only had good interactions with one or two workers. While their "Hot-N-Ready" pizzas are reliable, they need to improve on everything else, especially the timing. They always say the pizza will be ready in 15 minutes, but it usually takes closer to 25. Customer service could also use improvement.
The food is decent, but the service leaves much to be desired. When I asked a question, the staff just stood there and stared at me. My son requested a bag to carry the drinks, and the waitress simply looked at him without responding. He nearly dropped them on our way back to the car. I don't understand why they can't just speak up and say yes or no!

Little Caesars is my family’s favorite spot after a long day. They offer tasty pizza at affordable prices, and it’s always hot and ready when you get there. The staff is friendly and professional. Since the place is usually quite busy, ordering ahead through the app is definitely the best option. Book a table now
It was once a fantastic restaurant, but the new staff has ruined the crust. I felt like I wasted my money. I even requested a remake because the first pizza was cold and burnt, but the second one was just as disappointing. I was truly let down.
The food was tasty and served hot, but I ordered Italian Cheesy Bread and received it without the seasoning. The staff was very polite when I asked to return it. However, the service was a bit slow.
This place is definitely not "hot and ready"! They don’t deliver to my area, and the pizzas I received were burnt after an extremely long wait.
