Under the custom option, I noticed I could even select 0% or "No Tip." The whole process of grabbing a hot and ready pizza—something Little Caesars is known for—took about a minute.
Do we really need to tip for these types of purchases? I think we should set some boundaries here. There’s no reason to feel guilty for not leaving a tip in this situation. Save your money; this isn't the kind of experience that calls for a tip.
The other day, I ordered two pizzas, but they gave me a completely different order with two pizzas that weren’t mine. Today, I placed another order and the app said it would be ready in 36 minutes, but I ended up waiting for an hour. When I finally got my pizza and got home, it didn’t have tomato or cheese—just a bread with pineapple. Additionally, the store was crowded with many people inside, and there was no social distancing. The service was really disappointing.
Need quick pizza for dirt cheap? This is your place. Nothing too fancy but it'll feed a bunch of bellies for not too much money. Make sure you use the app and order your pie for pickup using their vending machine thing, the wait times can be a little long otherwise. Also, the parking lot is small and can get jammed quickly, especially when there's a delivery truck blocking some spots.
This pizza is amazing when it's fresh, but it really drops to a 0-1 star rating when it's leftover and needs to be reheated. Fresh, it beats any other pizza out there, but reheated leftovers from other places tend to taste better. So, Little Caesars, if you could work on making your pizza still taste good when reheated, that would be great!

I had high hopes for the Crazy Calzony from Little Caesars Pizza's menu, especially after seeing the picture. Unfortunately, it was a big letdown. While the calzone appeared brown and toasty on the outside, the dough inside was mostly raw and undercooked. The texture was a gooey, gummy mess that made it impossible to enjoy.

The breadsticks were disappointing. I paid extra for garlic butter, but it wasn't included with my order. The pizza was only lukewarm. Overall, it was a rather unimpressive experience.
First timer and I got the extra moist pizza and it was really good. They even gave me free cookies and napkin's.
