My experience was indiscriminate. I just ordered online to come to the store closed! No employees inside, house glows out, but both open characters. I was already charged for my order without getting a refund. A closed shop should not be able to accept and calculate orders. UPDATE: 8.28.22 I called 3 times and reached members of the company that the branch manager or regional manager would reach me within the next 2-3 days. NO ONE has reached me and every time I called, they said the same. I have not received a refund yet. I'll never go back to Little Caesars, poor customer service. Especially since I was paid on site and the store was closed when I arrived.
The staff was short of change and expected me not to receive my change. When I asked for a refund the nice young girl requested my refund from the Mgr on duty. They tried to give me the exact price of the pizza back. When I let the Mgr know that I gave thenice young lady 20. The Mgr on duty caught an attuide and stated it's only 3 dollars. Like I'm hurting for some money. Hercustomer service is very bad!! I will never return to this location
My parents visited Little Caesars Pizza on September 14 at 6:23 PM and had to wait until 7:05 PM without receiving their pizza. They paid for their order but waited an entire hour, while other customers were getting served quickly. As my parents are Hispanic, I can't help but feel that this experience was racially motivated. I do not recommend this restaurant.

On June 5, 2019, I visited the restaurant and ordered the stuffed crust pizza, which was outstanding, along with some cheese bread. The food was delicious, but the waiting time could use some improvement. Additionally, the customer service wasn't great; while the staff wasn't rude, they seemed rather indifferent.
Waited 45 minutes for an online order. Only to get my pizza right before they closed. Got the pizza home and there was absolutely no sauce on it. There were a bunch of teens running in and out from behind the counter. I wasn't even sure if theyworked there. Never going to eat little Caesars again.

Ordered two pizzas for online pickup. I did not have any issues with the service or pickup time. The pizzas came out looking like pig slop when we returned home to eat. One of pizzas dough looked and felt undercooked and the other wasn?t even cut. I had to reheat the pizzas and cut them myself.

We arrived and ordered 10 pizzas, requesting cookies for all the kids. The staff then said they needed to call the manager, as if our situation wasn’t urgent. We couldn’t just go home to pick up 10 kids who were dropped off for a sleepover.
This is the worst little Caesar?s pizza I ever had. There grease just settling out the cheese, the pizza itself falls apart and the crust is all messed up
