You owe my wife and child a pizza. If you visit this Little Caesars, definitely do not follow the instructions on their sign. If a few cars pull up behind you, go to the back of the line out of courtesy. They will always serve the cars that just arrive and ignore those who have already paid. Kindness is a two-way street, including for the staff—don’t put up a sign if it doesn’t mean anything to you.
The customer service was about what you’d expect from a team of 16-year-olds. The wait time was incredibly long, but the food was absolutely AMAZING! I’m not sure what they do differently, but out of all the locations along the Wasatch Front, Salt Lake City, and the Basin, the Roosevelt location is by far THE BEST tasting!
During my visit to the store, I noticed that the staff did not wash their hands or wear gloves. They were continuously touching the trash can, their hair, face, and clothes, and then handling the pizzas. The place was unclean and badly maintained. It needs to be shut down until proper hygiene standards are followed!
I encountered a problem with a company card while trying to pick up my order from Little Caesars Pizza. The staff was incredibly patient and assisted me in navigating the app to place my order and make the payment. This made it easy for me to simply grab my order and leave. If you are constipated, this is the place to go, don't go spend money on a doctor's visit when you can spend $6.99 on a pizza, get food poisoning, and clean your intestines within an hour. I have literally gotten food poisoning 3 times at this location.
I always have a wonderful experience enjoying pizza at this place, and the staff is very friendly too. Check out the picture I uploaded; the cheese is perfectly melted and generously piled on, while the crust has a delightful crispy texture.
I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up, but I ended up waiting an hour longer than the expected pickup time to receive my complete order. None of the six employees seemed worried about getting the orders out on time.
I've visited this restaurant three times, and unfortunately, each time the breadsticks have been stale and hard or overcooked. Book a table now
For the price, it's one of the best pizzas around. It's fun to eat and served nice and hot!
