Placed an order over $50 online. After arriving, sat at the window for 15 minutes. Got out and walked to front door, locked. Went back to window and beat on it until someone came. They didn't show my order, that was supposed to be ready at 9:09 (it's9:25), even in the system. This is not the first time this has happened at this location but it will be the last.
It took an incredibly long time to receive a single pizza, and when it finally arrived, it wasn’t even the correct order. I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to fix it, only for the replacement to be wrong again.
The restaurant frequently messed up our orders. It took around 38 minutes to receive our food, only for them to have to remake it, which took another 30 minutes. This has been a recurring issue every time we visited.
Went in the other day to order a pizza and had to wait 20 minutes just for my order to be taken when no one else was in store and one of the employees was very very rude calling customer very vulgar names Book a table now
Door was locked , 2 pizzas and 8 wings was so bad. There was way to much sauce I went to (5400 cypress) they need better employee training. The store was semi clean and customer service was ok
Wow, the 3 Meat Treat and the Twix were absolutely delicious! I couldn't help but notice my dog giving me the death stare from across the room with every mouthwatering bite I took!
They made mistakes four times. This has happened on four separate occasions. How convenient!
Can't beat the prices. Pizzas are really pretty good and they reheat well in my airfrier. Book a table now
