When I went back to the restaurant, the woman at the counter looked at me oddly when I mentioned returning the pizzas. I explained that I had called ahead and was instructed to bring them in. She simply replied, "Good, then you're fine," and implied that they couldn't be returned.
To my dismay, when I talked to the staff about the issue, they insisted that the pizzas were not burnt and that they actually had sauce on them. The employees were rude throughout the interaction and refused to refund my order. At least four of them, including a manager, argued with me about the quality of the pizzas. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.

This establishment significantly lacks in customer service. The individual behind the counter today was by far the worst employee I've ever encountered. Calling him unprofessional would be an understatement. Not only do the employees lack proper uniforms, which gives off an unprofessional vibe, but the person who took my order looked particularly unkempt! His clothes were dirty and mismatched, and he even wore large white headphones, seemingly uninterested in engaging with customers. I was excited to try the $7.49 thin crust pizza. It was pretty good. I had to put aside the fact that the one staff member enept handling of my order. I asked why my order was so high. I inquired about the extra cost for toppings and extra $7.00 charge. The worker came out with three pizzas instead of two. They never went back over the order with me to make sure it was right. Then, they got upset at me for me for not wanting three pizzas. I will not rush to go back there for pizza.
The atmosphere was not bad or good, no greetings from staff that made them stand out from the crowd, staff making pizza seemed to stare alot at either me or my disabled daughter made me feel a bit uncomfortable, pizza's were made just a few minutes outside the suggested time which was fine. Pizzas tasted good with no issues although they could have used a little more sauce, but still ok. The location was convenient with at least one handicapped marking space.

Called an order in was told 20 minutes went to pick up , was told I never called and there is no order in system of course because they never put it in. I to worked in a business with take out order was put in as soon as taken. Manager was very rude, will never go back now I look at reviews so many bad .
I had a negative experience with Deondre at the restaurant. He was quite rude, and I felt fortunate that I didn’t lose my temper with him. I believe he should be let go from his position, as he doesn’t contribute positively to the atmosphere or reputation of the establishment.
Like the pizza when IT'S FRESH but since covid the shops closed half the time I go. How do you close at 5pm when hours are 11am-8pm?
Need to update store hours- went at 6:57 to order pizza and they refused, said they close at 7, meanwhile online says 8
