The manager of this place needs to give their employees a crash course in Customer Service 101. Every time I visit this Little Caesars store, I run into yet another eye-rolling zombie who doesn't seem to care about their job or the people they're serving. Tonight I pulled into the drive-thru for a pick-up order and when the employee opened the window he just stared at me. Didn't say a word. No How are you? or Welcome to Little Caesars. Nothing. So I told him the name on my order, and he immediately closed the window and disappeared for a few minutes. When he came back, all he said was the dollar amount of what I owed. I placed my order online and retrieved it from the pizza portal. I had selected a lunch combo that came with a water, which I didn't really want; I only wanted the four-piece deep dish, but there was no option to remove the water. When I went inside to pick up my order, I noticed that the water was still in the cooler, which I was fine with. I didn't want to inconvenience the staff since I had never intended to take it, so I just grabbed my pizza and headed to the car. I love their hot cheese bread with marinara sauce. Always have, undoubtedly there is a high volume of turnover both in ownership and help because several years ago folks were friendly and my order was always right. NOT ANY MORE. Large football looking person at windows face would have cracked if he even thought about smiling. Ordered my chhesse stick that comes with one marinara sauce but I ordered another one. When he handed me my order I said I ordered an extra sauce. Was told it only comes with one. I said I don't mind paying extra. He repeated it only comes with one. I said I want to pay for another. I’m not sure if I can blame this specific location, but every time we place an order online, something goes wrong. We really enjoy the pizza for the price, but they need to sort out their system—it’s frustrating! I don’t understand why this keeps happening repeatedly. I think we’ve finally learned our lesson and will only order when the pizza is hot and ready in the store from now on. Just a heads-up to others about ordering online... Book a table now
This location is much better than the Hoover one. They prepared my order exactly as I requested, and the crust didn't have any burnt bubbles. As for vegetarian options, they customize pizzas to your liking.
