I would give this restaurant a 4.5 out of 5 for its tasty food. Occasionally, the flavors can be off due to overcooking or too much seasoning, but aside from that, there aren't any significant issues. The restaurant is small, which could lead to some wait times, although I haven't encountered this myself. The staff is attentive, courteous, and patient. The food is served at a good pace, resulting in minimal waiting. Overall, I've had a great experience with both the service and food quality during all of my visits.
Be prepared to search for parking. Little Dumpling is charming and cozy, and your food will arrive hot and tasty. I'm a big fan of soup dumplings, and they didn't let me down. Just a heads-up: expect to pay dinner prices throughout the day. I stopped by for a quick lunch with my mom and daughter and ended up spending a bit more than I anticipated. However, I left feeling satisfied. I would definitely return, as it's much more convenient than going to Flushing, where parking and crowds can be off-putting.
Little Dumplings Bayside has two locations, and this was my first time visiting. I must say, the food was amazing! I sampled a selection of soup dumplings, and they were all superb. The broth was especially flavorful. I enjoy my dumplings to be thin and moist, and these did not disappoint. The only drawback was the price, so be ready to pay a little more. Additionally, keep in mind that there is a 3% surcharge for card payments.
My husband and I ordered dumplings, beef soup, and steamed chicken with broccoli. My husband thought he spotted some rice among the broccoli, but it turned out to be maggots! That definitely ruined our dinner experience. I called the restaurant to address the issue, but it felt like a waste of time. I've loved this place in the past, but something has changed, and it's absolutely disgusting. We won't be coming back again.

The back parking lot is very convenient. The pan-fried pork buns were delicious, but the skins of the soup dumplings were a bit thick, and the flavor didn't quite match up to what I've had at other restaurants. The Shanghai noodles were flavorful, but the portion was a bit small. The service was good overall.
I’ve only done takeout from this place, but so far everything has been wonderful. The food is consistently delicious. The gentleman at the front is always polite and helpful, offering great recommendations. I especially love the soup and chicken dumplings.
I ordered braised pork rice, but I didn’t eat much of it. I almost finished the vegetables and meat when I discovered that the rice was sour. It was really unpleasant. The waiter didn’t even apologize; he just took it away. In the end, I paid for the meal.
Dumplings are just delicious no complaints. Food was good, good portions recommend the lamb Dumplings and lamb cummin with leak it just great not too spicy.

I paid $18.50 for a small General Tso's chicken without an egg roll. While the food tasted great, I can't help but feel like I was overcharged.
