Ordered takeout for first time.. HORRIBLE customer service. Ordered the item “6 pcs wing with fries” and received no fries. Upon calling, I was told I ordered the 6pc wings and the 6 pc doesn’t come w fries. I brought up the site and told the manager I’m looking right at it and it clearly says 6pc wings with fries, and he continued to argue with me compounding this, the wings came with NO sauce for dipping. No blue cheese, no ranch, no zikizikiziki, NOTHING. I ordered the “lamb and chicken gyro combo platter” and received ONE pita, which I was expected to load a tray of lamb and chicken all into in one shot apparently. I ordered a gyro platter that was priced at $13.95 on the menu, but I was charged $24 instead. Since I had someone else pick up the food, I couldn’t address the charge in person. When I called to discuss the issue, I was hung up on, and subsequent attempts to reach them went straight to voicemail. They clearly recognized their mistake but chose to ignore my calls instead of refunding the difference. The customer service was terrible. The food was acceptable, but there were no tomatoes at all! How can they claim to serve Mediterranean cuisine? I won’t be ordering from them again.
Tonight's order was the last straw for me. They once again forgot an item, tried to charge me more money, and the chicken was so rubbery that we couldn't even eat it and had to throw it out. The chicken kabob platter, priced at $25, was mainly rice with only six pieces of chicken, five of which were inedible due to their rubbery texture. I am deeply disappointed and will never order from this restaurant again. It's a shame because I used to enjoy their food.

The food at Little Gyro Kitchen is quite tasty, but I always have issues with my order being incorrect. I usually only request one or two items from the menu, yet they still manage to get it wrong. It’s really disappointing, especially considering how pricey the meals are!
Awful ! Language struggle while ordering in person then was overcharged. When I finally got my order it was wrong. Fries were stale cold and hard. Gyro was a salad with a couple of pieces of meat. Falafel was greasy and so spicy it was inedible. NEVERAGAIN
