They bring a pot of broth to your table on a burner and set the raw ingredients next to you, so you can add whatever you’re ready for! I recently tried a wonderful hot pot at this restaurant, and it was absolutely delicious! The tom yum flavor was my favorite. I appreciated the generous portions of meat and vegetables provided.
