I attempted to go to Liv for my birthday this last Wednesday 9/14 and had a horrible experience. Tried to call ahead- no reservations for parties less than 5. We got there about 6:30 and were told it was a 30 minute wait, which was to be expected so I had no issue with this. After about 40 minutes had gone by without anyone checking in, we asked the hostess for an update. She forcibly ?asked? us if we would be OK sitting at the bar behind the door- which on a normal night I would have done no issue- but it was my birthday and I felt like a table after 40 minutes of a 30 minute wait wasn?t an unreasonable request. This restaurant is a great choice for a date night, as many others have noted. I chose it because they offered gluten-free options on their menu, including fish and chips! The fries served with the meal were far superior to the usual ones you'd find at a burger joint. My partner had the paella, which was full of lovely flavors and spices. However, the highlight of our meal was definitely the seafood martini appetizer. Both my partner and I would gladly return just for drinks and that seafood martini—it's a must-try! We had an amazing experience at this restaurant with excellent food and service. Everything we tried was delicious. This was our fifth visit, and while we enjoyed our time, our table in the back corner— which was the only low seating available— lacked any ambiance. This wasn't anyone's fault, though. Overall, I would highly recommend this place and will definitely return time and again. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, and the food was outstanding. Plus, there’s a lovely outdoor area with live music!
I dined at LIV last night and had a fantastic farm-to-table experience. Taco Tuesday is definitely a highlight, paired with their impressive handcrafted cocktail menu. With outdoor seating, attentive service, and live entertainment, I highly recommend this spot for a date night or a night out with friends. It's also an ideal choice before or after a show at Rexicana!

I dined in for dinner and had an exceptional experience. The food was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5. The service was equally impressive, also receiving a 5. The atmosphere of the restaurant was delightful, providing a wonderful backdrop for the meal. Overall, a fantastic evening!
Well worth the stop. My wife and I were looking for a nice place to stop and have lunch on our way down to Harwich. I got the farm Burger and my wife got the fish and chips and they were both delicious. Would highly recommend stopping in if you're in the area. Great place. Good atmosphere.
This is a fantastic spot for a romantic evening. We began our meal with oysters from Duxbury, which were exceptional. I also enjoyed a scrumptious shrimp risotto accompanied by a wonderful craft beer. It was truly one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time.
Amazing food! We are foodies! Our older kids are chefs so we expect the best food. We are excited to have such awesome Restaurants with farm to table food! There are no restaurants like this on the south shore!
