Very good for local style food, we are surprised at both the quantity and the quality. It's not a place you go to for atmosphere, it's a place to go to for plate lunch and local style cuisine. I had the katsu chicken curry, it was delicious. My son had a hamburger he said it was done it very well. My daughter had sign in and enjoyed it, but there was enough left over for her to eat it for dinner later.
Our first time eating here and it was mediocre. I've had better Hawaiian food before. The Katsu chicken was a little squishy and not crunchy enough. The California rolls weren't even rolls they look like smushed sandwiches. The chow mein was alright but not getting it again. The only thing that was good was the spam musubi. Too pricey for the quality... All in all not bad but not great either.
Food there was nothing but amazing!! I had the #12 Katsu Chicken, #7 Short Ribs and a #14 Loco Moco!! The chef was able to get our order out quickly and with a smile. You can't beat their hospitality along with their Mac Salad!!! Thank you L&L for the grinds!!!
