This place is poorly ran. The waiters have some generosity when serving us. When we're seated, they gave us sodas to drink. However, the sodas tasted flat as if the soft drinks were exposed to open air... Anyway, we waited for more than 15+ minutes for our food and my mother was getting impatient. Not just that, we also smell marijuana (like a strong presence of it). To no surprise, the owner or manager of the restaurant didn't do anything to prohibit or enforce the rule for it... We decided to leave and only pay for the drinks. I waited 20 minutes at the bar without anyone acknowledging our presence. Most of the staff were busy eating and socializing with each other, leaving the bar unattended. When I finally approached the host, she was deep in conversation with another employee and ignored my request for assistance. Given this experience, I wish I could give a rating lower than one star. I'm visiting from out of town, and I used to enjoy the atmosphere and service here. Unfortunately, this visit has made me feel like I won’t be coming back.
Absolutely terrible experience. I will never return to this place. They charged me a $52 service fee, and the tip was also $52. All I ordered was a burger and fries, and my wife had a chicken sandwich with fries. We each had a drink. Another couple with us only had an appetizer to share and a drink. What happened? Why was the bill so high? Years ago, this restaurant was a favorite, but like many others, it has really declined. I won’t be coming back.
I really loved the Cobb Salad and Crabs, but the drinks were trash. They are a waste of money. Totally watered down and juiced up. They need a mixologist to teach them how to make a drink that's worth the customers' money. Cause $10 $15 for a glass of ice water and juice is unacceptable, for real.

The steamed crabs were delicious, and the shrimp had a great flavor as well. I really enjoyed the music and the dining atmosphere. I love how they remodeled the dining area with new TVs and a bar seating area.
First time going back to loafers since the remodeling. The space is large and open. The bathroom could use a face lift. The service was good and the drinks were worth the money.
Since its reopening, I've been twice. Cocktails are still super strong and do NOT taste great. Food is about the same. The place looks very nice!
Great crabs awesome food. Seems to be better since the reopening they even have an poster oyster bar. Bartenders are always on point.
