had just arrived and wondered after lunch. I didn't want to be too hard when it was a hot day, past past pastness and a woman sitting outside said it was her first time here, but she recommended very much. that would have been rude. So, I stayed. two courts of the day. I went for salmon with a selection of chips, veg or salat. I was sitting anointed. with a glass rose wine and a small coffee it came to 10 euro. pas, how the French say.
A busy lunchtime venue, over 2 floors, in the centre of Vire. It mainly provides a set menu with limited options, but this is what most local people want. If you need a reasonably priced meal without any real problems, then this is the place...for you.
Un troquet à l'ancienne: le zinc, les tables d'habitués, les serveurs qui cavalent, le patron sympa sous des airs patibulaires et la cuisine rustique. Logiquement plus approprié pour déjeuner vite et pas cher que pour faire sa demande en mariage.
We only popped in for coffee whilst dodging showers but that was great... The menu looked simple but nice, the team were all efficient and there were plenty of locals in there... We were tempted to go back for lunch but ran out of time.... Book a table now

Un plat du jour à moins de 8 €, bon bien cuisiné et avec des produits frais...ca laisse rêveur. D'ailleurs le midi c'est vite complet, les clients ne s'y trompent pas!
Il ne faut pas s'attendre à une grande cuisine de qualité. Ce lieux est familial très bon rapport qualité prix. Un peu bruyant mais le service est rapide.
