I simply love the food here especially the creme brulee and the lamp chops. They were really delicious and the serving were big! I remember the first I was there I tried the Foie Gras and Toast, it simply tastes awesome! And when the tartar beef came I was like Wow in paradise! But what delighted me most was the creme brulee which I was so tempted to lick the whole bowl! I was so blessed this nice restaurant was opened on New Year's Day so I had a wonderful lunch there on the first day of 2016! The lamb chops were superb and I just tell myself I must come back here soon in December 2016 and hopefully in January 2017 I'll be having my New Year lunch with someone special

We stumbled on this restaurant whilst exploring the back streets of Lourdes. It is not in the main tourist area. There is an international menu and the ambiance is of a family restaurant which is simply furnished. We were made very welcome and given thanks on departure. We tried the poulet tandoori which was accompanied by salad and rice. The chicken breast was very tender but not surprisingly had not been cooked in a tandoori oven. The milk shakes are also very good. We were charged €4.65 for a litre of Vittel water which I thought was expensive although, to be fair, tap water was already on the table. For 2 we paid €35 for a modest but good and healthy meal.
Visited this restaurant at lunchtime with a friend. Ordered menu of the day for €11melon and mozzarella for starter for me and my friend had the verrine of trout and avocado followed by the parmentier de coeur de canard (a subtitle mix of carrots and sweet potato). Desert was extra but worth the try and very affordable for less than €5. The best for last - la carte des cafés; a large selection of coffee from around the world and I had my first blue mountain coffee taster. This family run restaurant is very welcoming and well situated 5 minutes walk from the grotto. This place ia a hidden gem in Lourdes many thanks for the delicious meal
after 10,000 steps and finding another restaurant I was looking for closed, I stopped here, sat outside in the evening and really enjoyed the smiles and friendliness of the wait staff and Ramesh. The entrecote may have been done just a bit more than I would have liked, but the (get ready) mustard in (?) ice cream sauce was a revelation. Just very relaxed, tasty, and it was downhill walking on a nicely full stomach Book a table now
We were lost in a middle of hotels restaurants in Lourdes when we stopped by this place waiting just for turistic routine food. if the place is no fancy we forgot in the moment with the courtesy of the garcon, the recommendation of the regional plates and of course of the tasty and fine cuisine. Not even in the expensive Paris we enjoy.a moment like this.Prices acord the quality.
I was a bit apprehensive about eating here, since it looks like many restaurants in Lourdes, I need not have worried. It's not what you would call a typical French restaurant, but the lamb and pork we had were cooked to perfection. The chips that came with the mains were also excellent, they may have even been cooked in dripping. The staff were pleasant and welcoming.
Went looking for a place for dinner and had no idea we'd find this little gem! The onion soup was really fresh and cooked to perfection. I had the steak which was really good but slightly overcooked. This was easy for me to look passed though because the rest of the food was delicious! My wife's meal was quite good as well! Overall good little spot, don't pass it up!
Friendly, Ramesh remembered me from a visit w friends last year. I had the kebab pork and chicken with a delightful roasted vegetable dish, all fresh and local. The entree of greens, tomato and melon was superb Book a table now
The waitress there looked at us like we are beggars for food or something! We did not understand her reaction. And at the end we left without ordering because of the poor welcome. Amd she didn't even care
