After exploring Fremantle we decided on having early dinner before heading home. Many choices to choose from, settled with Lone Star Rib House as I had my 2 kids and they love ribs. We have been to the one in Cockburn so we didn't have problems deciding on the menu. Ribs plate to share for me and hubby and kid 1 settled for beef ribs and we had an extra side plate of chicken wings. I have to say this place has luck getting 2 stars from me. the two stars are because my partner was happy and the light Steak upgrade (acology almost) service is extremely bad. You can't say who works there, especially the guy who is obviously the manager (jeans and tshirt.) have no employees called signs, they only know that waitresses have worked there with a weak lone star' on the back of their homing place garlauchbrot and 2 steak ribs. The service was so poor!!! We were a table of 7 we all asked for mains plates and 2 people asked for the all you can eat ribs and wings they should call it all you can eat chips They didn't want to serve the second serve of ribs until they finish the chips that were more than half the plate. I get that if you have people not eating and other eating the all you can eat you need to be concerned. But we all asked for mains each. My partner and I visited this restaurant for a date night last evening. The atmosphere was very pleasant and welcoming, and the kitchen staff did an excellent job with the food. The only drawback I would mention is that the waitstaff could use some improvement. None of the waiters were wearing nametags, and the server who took our order didn't have a notepad. As a result, our order was incorrect - we asked for medium rare steaks, but received medium well instead. However, they promptly replaced our steaks and even gave us larger portions as an apology, which was appreciated.

Came here with my brother and son(3yr old) as a last minute decision for lunch. We ordered beef ribs, Saucy biddy chicken wings in Hot as' sauce, Caesar salad, and chicken nuggets and chips for my son. Everything was so tasty and yummy except for the Caesar salad, that was a real disappointment. Lettuce looks dead(no colour and not crunchy) and egg was fried and with no runny yolk. Other than that is was good, including the service. Would definitely come again, but without ordering the Caesar salad.
I have emailed lobster but no response so now I'm here. In short i ordered a steak with mushroom sauce came out with pepper sauce. They took it back to the kitchen and wiped/washed the steak and sent the same one back out. After informing them i can still taste the pepper they cooked me a new one. Can not believe this can happen not a third world country but they must be looking after the profit and not the customer. They still charged me full price
asked for a medium-sized rare steak and got a fully cooked steak, the beautiful waitress came by and asked if everything was in order and saw the steak before I even said a word and she said that this is not medium-sized rare and sent it back. the second came and unfortunately it was the same. also they just put the steak on my soggy chips, which were sent back for the first time with the steak! the two stars I give are for them.
We (2 adults, 3 kids) had a great feed here. I had the fancy fish and it was HUGE, kids burger is the smallest burger I have ever seen (glad I had too much fish) and kids ribs were not nice, weren't Falling off the bone ribs more like quickly cooked but weren't fatty at least. Other meals nice. Great to see the peanuts back, kids loved them. Ordered a jug of raspberry drink for kids and got 6 glasses out of it .

We stopped by this restaurant for drinks during our day exploring Fremantle. The drinks were very affordable at $8.50 and $6.50, and they even gave us a complimentary bucket of the sweetest nuts. One of the waitresses came to our table and offered my friend a free beer. It was a great experience and we felt like we were on cloud nine.
