I was having a hard time finding my usual order on the menu so i asked her if they still had it even apologized for not seeing it on the menu. She must’ve forgotten to turn her mic off started making fun of me to a coworker. As i was waiting for her to ring my order in they started making fun of their inside customers as well. She was very rude to me, I usually go to the on on north Limestone never have a problem with them. I will not be going back to the south limestone location again.
Had to wait 15-20 minutes at the drive thru and they still didn't get my order right. When I got home they left items out of my order and when I tried to call no one answered and the machine hangs up on you to boot. It will be a long time before I go back there if I do.
The food was incredibly greasy, and my sandwich was covered in a bag and wrapper. The fries weren't cooked all the way, and I had to wait 20 minutes only to receive that. The staff was extremely rude. I do not recommend eating there.
Great food I just wish they would come and fix their ice cream machine!!! I know it's not the employees fault!! But nice people and good food on both sides A&W Long John's!!!! Book a table now
every time I go, I order crumbcake and snuggle and cocktail sauce with them I never get it, but eating is great
