My overall impression here is much more negative compared to my usual experiences at other LongHorn locations. I think everyone there was well-meaning but they seemed understaffed for the amount of customers they had. This led to wildly inaccurate wait time estimates, errors between orders and food delivered, food delivered out of sequence, etc... My advice is if they have a completely full waiting area which is spilling over to outside areas to either find another spot or adjust your expectations accordingly. The waitress wasn't any good. Didn't come to our table. And then brought us our to go order before our food came out and then when our food came our it was cold and chicken wasn't cooked and lucky another waitress came to our table and help us out. And after the waitress help us out and told our original waitress she didn't care anymore to come and check on us. And our original waitress was the bartender and didn't care about her table. The service was impeccable as well, with attentive and friendly staff that made us feel welcome throughout the evening. Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon, obviously the after church rush was on. Even so, the staff was prepared to handle us with a minimal wait (less than 5 mins). The food was delicious, staff (James) was attentive, and we got the perfect cook on both the med-rare ribeye and the filet. Very happy with our visit. We come here often. Everything is usually good, however, the past few times we haven’t been satisfied with the salads. Yes, the salads. There seems to be too much lettuce and not enough tomatoes n cukes, and they are cut way too small. Also, there are always a lot of big hard pieces of the romaine. Just a suggestion for improvement.
