In my opinion, this is the best steakhouse around. The staff is consistently friendly, and the food is simply fantastic! I usually order my steak well done, which can sometimes lead to dryness, but not at Longhorn Eastgate! They always cook it perfectly, with the center still juicy and tender. Whenever people ask me where I want to eat, I always say Longhorn!!!
As everyone says the service is very good. The food is terrible! All steaks and vegetables had a salt/spice mixture added to them. Like pouring on the salt and MSG. They even put this on the kids chicken strips. Had porterhouse, ribeyes and fillets. Only fillet was chewable others were full of gristle. Pick a better steakhouse if you want something eatable.
The restaurant was quite busy, but the waitress ensured our drinks and food were well attended to. My steak was cooked to my liking—slightly less than rare. The place was very clean, and the wait time matched what we were informed. Overall, it made for a fantastic dining experience.

Longhorn has consistently good food and quality steaks for a reasonable price. This location is always busy, so I recommend using their call head waiting (which you can do from their website). Servers at this location are very good as well.
The atmosphere is decorated with Western-themed items like bull heads and cowboy motifs. The food was enjoyable and typical of a steakhouse. I visited during lunchtime and ordered the cheeseburger with cheddar cheese.
