I strongly recommend skipping Los Arcos E And Grill and either shopping at the grocery store (where the food is reliable) or trying one of the many other Mexican restaurants nearby. Writing this review was difficult, but here it is.
When I called to place my order, the person was friendly but forgot to take my name until I reminded her—maybe they were busy? When I arrived, the parking lot was almost empty.

We had a horrible experience here! I would not recommend eating at Los Arcos. Staff and managers were completely rude and unprofessional! They have a huge sign outside of their building advertising for $5.99 margaritas, for Taco Tuesday. The staffand managers said they didn 't know about the HUGE sign out front and refused to adjust our bill. They were completely rude aboutthe entire situation. I asked our waitress before I ordered if the margaritas were still on special for Taco Tuesday, she saidyes. Very good food. They really need to update their menu on Google maps and on FB. Maybe add a website for their business and show menu in there. I asked for Deep Fried tacos and they were clueless as to what I was asking about but yet it was on the menu in the Photos but I am guessing that is OLD! The pictures of the darker menu was very hard to read. I took new ones of the To Go Menu and posted for clarity. Chimi dinner had two smaller ones. Cooked have fried them a little longer. Not a fan of chucks of green peppers in our beef but still ate it. Rice was slightly overcooked but add mild sauce and makes it all better. The Beef Enchiladas were good with red sauce. I went to a group party on a Sunday, and while the waitress was friendly at first, her irritation grew as time passed. However, that didn't stop us from enjoying the food and the mariachi band. There were only about 10 other guests in the restaurant aside from our group of 24, yet when some of us wanted to order drinks from the bar, the waitress kept insisting that it was too busy. Even when we tried ordering with just three other people in the restaurant, she still said the bar was busy. As we left, we noticed the bartenders weren't busy at all. Because of our large party, an automatic 15% gratuity was added to our bill. It's frustrating to think how much more she could have earned in tips...
Don't know where to start. Now I know why there were no one in the restaurant when we arrived. First a waitress that couldn't speak or didn't want to speak English came to our table and I'm assuming to ask us what we wanted to drink. We tried telling her and she went to get a English speaking waitress to wait on us. My wife ask for a margarita, I ask for ice tea. Ya know the glass that a margarita is normally served in? Well that's not what she received. A juice glass it came in. I guess because it was happy hour you don't get the real thing. Need I go on? No I don't think so. Bad experience. Won't be going back anytime soon...won't recommend this place...
The service was uneven, with several servers attending to our table of six, which felt a bit overwhelming. The menu was overcrowded, making it hard to choose. When I asked about a specific dish, the server didn’t seem to know much about it. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the main course tasted as if it had been reheated or left out for some time. However, the dessert was fantastic, and the alcoholic drink was quite enjoyable. I usually give restaurants three chances, so I’m hoping my next visit will be better.
As for the food, it was just okay. They attempted to bring us their chips, but they weren’t salty enough for our taste. Next time, I plan to try a different dish. I would love to eat outside, but it was too cool for that at the moment—maybe next year! Overall, it was a pleasant visit and I want to try it again since the place is so clean. They just need to make sure to warm it up when it’s cold outside. The menu is fantastic for dedicated Mexican food lovers; there’s something for everyone!

Was a good place to go eat with the family. The chips and salsa were amazing. The servers and waitress were nice but they could have paid a little more attention. Still my food turned out good a couple other people said different but everyone liked theirdrinks.
The steak was old and tasted funny and so was the rice. It had a crust and it tasted as if was made from the box at supermarket. The taco salad had no flavor. The service was poor. We had to wait for tab for long time .Food: 1/5
