The plates we ordered were: Chile Relleno, Machaca con Huevo, y Menudo. We all received tortillas as well, they offer both de maíz (corn) and de harina (flour). The Chile Relleno plate comes with a side rice and beans and two chille pasillas. The Menudo can be with either grains or without. The food was delicious and was very filling. I ordered the Coffee de Oya (5/5), which I learned is a sweetened black coffee with cinnamon. I had originally expected it to be just black coffee with a hint of cinnamon, but the sweetness beautifully balanced the coffee’s bitterness, allowing the cinnamon flavor to truly shine. Was in the area and saw the good reviews so decided to check it out and I'm so glad I did! Great welcoming staff, small but clean place, delicious food!!! Cafe de olla was perfect ,I had the Huevos con Nopales and I wish I could eat 2 plates because it was that good , service was amazing! The food was delicious, and the waitress was exceptionally kind and friendly. I dined in for breakfast, and the overall experience was fantastic. I would say the price per person was around $20–30. I rate the food a perfect 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5 as well.
