The pineapple margaritas were amazing—I would definitely order them again. The chips were fresh, which was a nice touch. I tried the flautas, which are like little chimichangas, and I found them to be just okay. One of my friends had a shrimp and scallop dish with chipotle sauce, and she absolutely loved it and said she would definitely return for more. Another friend ordered a ground beef burrito served with beans and rice, and he finished his meal, wishing there had been more rice and beans. The service was good, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. If I come back, I would definitely go for that shrimp and scallop dish.
The food was just ok but over priced. Chicken was burnt and they messed up burritos from the ala carte menu. They charged $24 for 2$6 burritos. They nickel and dime everything. The real problem was the service. Incredibly rude. We were asked to pay while we were still eating. When I questioned the burrito price, 3 people came over to yell at me. We will not be back and don't recommend.
This is (was) my Fiancés favorite place to eat. He was so ill after we ate there Saturday. It was the only thing he ate all day and boy he paid for it. He did not feel better for 2 days of sleeping . Im glad I ordered something totally different from him I wouldn't wish that violent sickness on
This is the best Mexican food I have had since moving here in 2012.Even the chips taste like lard was involved, I doubt they make them, but it tastes like they doHas the pork carne with al diabla and wow was it good. I am a chili head, so keep that in mind.

I have ordered food from them twice on DoorDash and am OBSESSED!! It is a solid 15 min drive from where I live but now I want to go visit them in person. Definitely one of the best tasting Mexican restaurants in Pinellas County!
The food here is genuinely authentic and delicious. The setup is quite unique, as the place functions both as a grocery store and a restaurant. Additionally, they have some fantastic cakes!
The chimichangas were outstanding. The hard beef tacos were flavorful too, but they were somewhat lacking in filling, which was disappointing.
Sometimes I opt for a salad, other times I pick something different, but it's always delicious. My favorite dish is the Chile Colorado.
