This review is for the restaurant at the Hanauer Landstrasse. We have been there several times pre covid, as we found it a suitable ,,fast ,, italian restaurant for a group or family. This time it was a huge dissapointment. The place has really run down . Service , terribly slow and chaotic. The young waiters are really running up and down , and rolling their eyes if you seek their attention. The other blonde lady in the open kitchen was screaming at her collegues. Really embarrassing to watch all this scenario as a guest. Quality of food has gone down too, the Anti pasti platter didnt have the usual Parmesan cheese, Aubergine and Zucchini almost frozen. This was a good recommendation from our hotel, the restaurant is great, casual and good atmosphere. Food was really good, we started with a Carpaccio and a Pizza Capricciosa to share, the pizza is very large so you can easily share it as an appetizer if you are not eating it as your main course. After that we shared the Orecchiette con Manzo e Limone, really good and Tortelloni Prosciutto e Panna, these were good too but a bit too salty. To finish a great Panna Cotta with Strawberry and Tiramisu, both really good. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were very impressed by the beauty of the location, and the modernity of the decoration of it all. Yet, as we sat down, we had to wait a proper 10 minutes before getting helped, the waiters and waitresses did not look at us at all, and we had to grab them in order to get menus. We ordered drinks and food at the same time, Even the drinks took about 10 minutes to arrive, and another 10 minutes for the pizza. The pizzas were absolutely delicious, and so huge, we could've easily shared one between the two of us. Would not recommend, because of the terribly slow service.
Waren da am Nachtessen und wir wurden meiner Ansicht nach nicht richtig behandelt, da wo wir am warten waren, fragte meine Frau und mein Kind nach einem Tisch auf der Terrasse, hiess es keine mehr frei obwohl der Tisch gerade frei gewordenen war. Die hinter uns bekamen den Tisch ohne das sie ihn reserviert gehabt haben.Auf das Essen mussten wir sehr lange warten. Getränke wo wir bestellt hatten kam gar nicht mehr an bis wir die Rechnung verlangt hatten da war es aber drauf. Es wurde dann wenigstens auf verlangen annulliert.

Visited here with family and friends recently food was impeccable, really tasty. Restaurant itself was really nicely decorated, with clean bathrooms as well as outdoor and indoor seating. Given Aperol Spritz on arrival free of charge, which was greatly appreciated, with a DJ playing too which created lively atmosphere. Service was quick and friendly, can’t fault the experience! Highly recommend.
Das Essen war lecker, keine Frage. Aber wohl haben wir uns nicht geführt. Es war sehr voll und laut, was auch der laute Musik zuzuschreiben ist. Die Tische stehen sehr sehr nach aneinander. Personen könnte freundlichen sehr. Preis passt.
Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 8 Personen zum Mittagessen dort. Wurden gleich am Eingang freundlich empfangen und zu einem Tisch gebracht Essen war ok aber die Wartezeiten zu lang
Also ich muss sagen das ich mich schon lange nicht mehr so schlecht bedient gefühl habe. Außer das man nicht da sitzen kann wo man möcht, wartet man ewig auf deinen Kellner.

Leckere Pizzen uns Salate nicht mehr nicht weniger, Service ist Ok. Der Vorteil ist die Lage am Main, es ist halt nicht der "Italiener" um die Ecke aber ganz Ok.
Was waiting for a waiter about 20 minutes and then left. Waiters were just ignoring us for unknown reason. Never again.
