I have the tin can posto plate and it was all I hoped and more! it came in a literal dose (picted like a cleaned bush’s baked can be buzzed at Sam’s/Costco) and when it came on their table, they picked up the dose to drop all the goodies in the inner from the floor and mix together. the nachos were not the cheap art so they held together and had some crispy until they turned to the floor where it more into a soft taco shell. the only thing I would change is that the pulled gay seemed to have a sweet BBQ sauce. first it was nice, but it turned the rest of the aromen when I went down. my waitress, tikka, was also very pleasant! I looked and made sure my drink was full. she didn't have to wait...

if they are in often fairview, this is an absolute must! they will not regret it at all. I give this place a 5 stars, because the service, the food and the personal. call them safely ahead to see what the waiting time is, although lotawata creek can be very busy. her brot and her butter is homemade and is free to eat there always. their burgers are highly recommended and also their riders! every time in the opposite, I only go to this restaurant. it is handicap accessible and the personal will certainly help if it is not too busy. they only have seats in the interior, but the outside is ideal for photos. the lotawata creek is a large restaurant with several different seating areas.

we were on this weekend in fairview heights for the Nascar races and were looking for a non-chain restaurant to eat on Friday night. someone has proposed lotowata creek. we expected a long waiting time, but almost immediately sitting. the waiter tavis was on our table to get our drink order. my wife had the seafood combo platter and I had the hillbilly sponge sandwich. on the top was speck, 3 eggs and in cheese with a boot of gravy on the side shattered. I would suspect that the ding weighed over a pound and was a full foot long. it was excellent. our waiter was very human, one of the best we had recently. a very pleasant culinary experience. I am happy to give this place 5 stars.

Went for lunch with wife and got seated in a booth and was dirty and food on floor.Booth was made for kids/small people and ask to be seated at a table.Saw a few tables with glasses and a plate or two and ask if they could be seated. Was told have to wait for server to clean table by 2 able bodied hostess/mangers?They said have a labor shortage and would have to wait.Waited 20 minutes to watch 4 employees doing the walk around look busy act. After that asked why these employee can't clean one of the 6 tables and was toldnot their job.Place has no respect for their customers and place was a sad mess.Done with this place-End of story. the best south food and huge portions! hands down the best cream spinat I ever tasted. they can't go wrong with nothing in the menu. they start with fresh mini-loaves of brot and tasty honey butter. they will certainly not be able to eat bread. then you come out to eat and they can't stop eating because it's so good. their prices have risen, but it is still worth for special occasions.

The food was fine, but there was so much of it. Way too much. Like enough for 3 hungry adults on one plate, which explains the high prices. Not to mention they bring you giant rolls and about a pound of butter before the food comes out. Unless you’re the size of Shaq, I’d definitely recommend splitting a meal! They charge 2.1% to use a credit or debit card, so bring cash.

If you haven’t been to Lotawata Creek you haven’t experienced life! Great atmosphere, amazing menu and the best burgers this side of the sun. The heart attack burger is like no other burger anywhere, it’s amazing! Large portions as well.
