We visited this restaurant recently. A beautiful discovery that led to a second visit a week later. Verdict: always as good, with fresh products, authentic cuisine, tasty, creative and neat presentation. We took in the entrance: Vegetable and hot goat and beef emince. We immediately feel homemade and fresh products. In the dish we took the duck and potato tatin as well as the bar net and these vegetables. Simply exceptional these two perfect dishes, flavours and cooking. The service is warm and of quality, in a quieter atmosphere than its neighbours on the central square of Maussane-les-Alpilles. We spent one night at the hotel the Oustaloun de Maussane les Alpilles. The owners are very welcoming and good advice. The room is carefully decorated and all the equipment is there. We had the view of the village square that is animated but the exterior sound is perfect. Great breakfast with fresh products. We also had the opportunity to eat at the hotel’s restaurant, a treat of local products, fresh and very well prepared.
So obviously the place is nice to dine in terasse on a village square the cuisone is excellent but it is especially the reception and the extreme kindness of the owners who makes the difference
