This is a little sushi eatery located right in the Target and Home Depot shopping center on Carleton Ave. The prices are great, and the sushi is fantastic. The rolls are robust, and fresh. The presentation and plating is really nice too. They don;t care if you order a $90 boat, or 2 cheap rolls....you will get a plate presented to beautifully, you will feel as though you just dropped over $100. No alcohol sold there, so bring your own. Oh....the service. I NEED to talk about that for a second. T
Generally the food is very good. They make terrific specialty rolls. The soups are very tasty too. I have had their big boat of sushi (for two) and while it's not cheap- it's a lot of food! Some people have noted the rude waitress- don't think it is rudeness as much as a language issue. Two more things: 1. the fountain soda here tastes like dishwater. I love sushi personally, my gf not at all. We went the other night looked at the menu. There are definitely things she can eat which are not sushi. When we asked about some of those non-sushi menu items, the greeter was very knowledgeable about the menu items the methods of preparing them. I ended up getting takeout. The presentation was good considering the reduced space, and everything was fresh was delicious. We plan on going back.
Two other things to note: 1. The tap water tastes just like water, so I always ask for soda instead, which they are happy to provide with a glass of ice. 2. They always play the same CD of Beethoven sonatas every time I dine there. Overall, it is a lovely spot to enjoy some sushi. I would rate it 3 1/2 stars.

You know what, the food is great, the service is very good, but the whole time we were eating, the radio was playing very explicit rap music pretty loudly. Dont bring kids here. I hindsight, I should have said something, maybe they would have changed it, but I didn't. I'll still go back for the food.
So easy, fresh, and delicious! The service was great and everything was half off, making it very reasonable. I will definitely be returning soon.
