Were in the Löwenbräu Schänke during a weekend trip to Aalen and we just loved it. First we were surprised that we were the only guests, but that was probably at the early hours (18:00). The waiter was very friendly and nice, eating was really excellent. After removing our empty-putted plates, the waiter asked if the portions were too small. They weren't, they were very big but it was so delicious that you didn't want to leave anything on the plate.
A Swabian menu that not only offers the classics. My absolute favorite dish is, for example, the sour roast that was placed in beer. The concept of the brewery restaurant moves like a red thread through the dishes. The salads are wonderfully fresh and the dressing is incredibly delicious. The service staff is beautiful and very friendly and the host is simply original and Swabian and always well-lauded. I'll be a regular guest here.

On Wednesday carving day here all carvings are reduced. The food is delicious. Regular menu is a bit expensive. Service was great! Drinks are also good. Cosy outdoor area.
