I rarely write bad reviews, but I feel it is important to share my experience. I hope that L Pastel management takes this feedback into consideration and makes necessary improvements. My visit on Thursday, June 28th was disappointing. Upon entering, I was not greeted and had to wait a long time to be assisted. When I inquired about wedding cakes, the staff member simply told me to look at examples on Facebook and call them. The customer service was lacking, and the environment was not clean. In comparison, I had much better experiences at other cake shops where I was greeted warmly, shown samples, given guidance, and offered samples to taste.
