Delicious fresh high quality ingredients! The shaking beef is absolutely delicious! Tender and flavorful. The citrus dipping sauce is very well done. The Lua Beef Soup Pho Bo is simple at first glance but the flavors are incredible. I would have to say this is my favorite Pho broth. I finished every last drop of the broths. The 44 Farms beef was more thick cut than typical Pho and was tender and yummy. A lot of the broth flavor came from the generous amounts of cilantro and the one jalapeño. The noodles were good too.
You order at the counter on the right once you enter. More menus can be found to the left. You probably have to ask around if there's a line and where it ends. Line moves slow.The Angus Beef Bun Bo Xao was great, though. Beef was tender. Veggies were fresh. Vermicelli was al dente.Plenty of tables inside and quite a few outside in the narrow patio that spans the length of the restaurant.Dish took about 10 mins to arrive.. Staff was sparse.
Gluten free options! Allergen friendly! They have gluten free soy sauce. I’m super excited to find a restaurant that I don’t get glutened at. The food is AMAZING!!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and vegetarian options marked on the menu
