The restaurant remains charming after all these years. While the ladies' restroom could use a refresh, I appreciate that the staff keeps it clean and everything is functioning properly. I don’t believe it’s necessary to spend money on modernizing it. The food was good, but not exceptional compared to other places we've visited. We considered the $60 price reasonable, though not quite justified in terms of value. Our main complaint was the cold; we felt absolutely freezing the entire time. The temperature never seemed to warm up, and it actually felt like it was getting colder. We ended up trying to eat and drink more coffee and Bloody Marys just to keep warm. We were relieved to step outside...
We have been going to the holiday brunch for over 20 years. This is the first time we have been disappointed. The service was fair to poor, even though the area we were in had many empty tables. The appetizers were good as usual, but the beef and turkey was very bad. They were cold, and it appeared the staff was unwilling to bring out more/fresh entrees. There is no way I would have tipped 20% given the service we received, yet it was not an option as it was pre-posted on the bill. $100/person for what we received was extremely disappointing. This may be our last year at your event
Decided to have lunch at The Lucille since it would be so convenient to eat there before seeing 39 Steps. How glad we were that we did. I had The Lucille burger and my guest had The Protein Bowl. Two great choices. Looking forward to having lunch there again on next visit to The Drury Lane. Did I mention great service and if you have leftovers they hold your leftovers for you and have them waiting for you after play is over.
Disappointed in a lot of the food this time. The roast beef did not taste good. The eggs Benedict were over cooked. They changed the donuts and now they are too big and not cooked enough.

Did not feel welcome at all. No one to greet us and couldn’t see where the entrance was. Food was just ok considering the price. Our waiter was kind and smiling. Ice cream man was sweet

I would definitely recommend Lucille at Drury Lane. I have only gone for tea but will return for other meals.
Lunch was very good. Our server was wonderful. Definitely a great place to eat before or after a play.
