Orders opened for Lucky Chinese on Big Foodie at 5pm. Our order confirmation was time stamped at 5:24pm, and it had quoted 60 mins for delivery. Okay, I thought, and hoped that being early in the night’s service, that there may be a tiny chance of it even arriving earlier. No arrival at 80mins so I rang up and was told the classic lie (that it will be leaving the restaurant in 5 mins and an insincere apology). 20 minutes later, now at 100mins since ordering, food had still not arrived. I rang again and my patience completely ran out. I told them to issue a refund via Big Foodie and that I was furious and it was unacceptable to be waiting 100 mins and still no sign of food for a delivery that...
I would not come back here if you paid me. Avoid eating here. Egg fried rice came and it was dark brown/ black. The chicken balls are pink in middle. The chowmein was definitely left over food and not freshly cooked. the prawn crackers was stale… ordered late but still no excuse to serve food like this. What a waste of money. Would be zero stars if i could. Absolutely terrible.
Food tasted like it was tainted, or contaminated with cigarette Ash utterly discussing. I Never usually post reviews unless they are diserved this one is well and truly diserved all food thrown in the bin though I have saved some of the curry sauce for the food standards people to analyse. . £23.00 down the drain.
Just had another lovely meal from lucky , everything was perfect how it always is , very friendly staff even down to the nice delivery man , I wouldn't go anywhere else , love it , thankyou lucky keep up the good work

Service was very quick, food was tasty. Only a couple of issues, you can only pay in cash as no card machine available and the chips were not very good. That said, I would go back again.
Come here regularly and never, ever had a problem. Food is quality, staff is accomodating and prices are incredibly reasonable compared to some other places around Lincoln.

Actually very good, in fact better than anticipated. Order by telephone and collection is much quicker than delivery.
