Cozy and rustic pub style atmosphere with extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Their daily specials are fantastic and pair perfectly with their array of handcrafted, delicious cocktails. The appetizers are perfectly proportioned and the speed of service is phenomenal even with packed tables. Everything is priced appropriately and entrees and dessert will definitely have you coming back every week!
I'll admit that I envisioned this as more of a bar food place, but the Sunday Roast was out of this world. Roast pork shoulder, mashed potatoes with gravy, veg and a popover--and that pork would compete with any other restaurant we have been to in town. It was tender, flavorful and just wonderful. Kudos to the chef!
Always excellent food at Lucky's. They do some classic tavern food exceptionally! The fish and chips stay crispy till the end are seasoned properly. The coleslaw is vinegar based so it cuts down on the fat of the fish and the grabiche (tartar sauce). The cocktails are also great. You really can't go wrong here.
Saturday night dinner was absolutely phenomenal!! Atmosphere is beautiful, interesting and relaxing. We ate inside but people at outside spots seemed very happy also. Food was one-of-a-kind, and perfect. Staff are diverse, interesting, confident, well-trained and well-managed. Highly recommend. A great treat! Book a table now
Small menu, great taste- with amazing presentation. Management and bar staff were incredible. They are so a attentive and always seem to know the exact moment you need another drink. Cocktails were delicious. A hidden gem in Rochester.
Great specials, even better service. Lamb Shanks were a Top Ten meal ive ever had. Wife had the soup and was more than satisfied.
Drinks were good, very reasonable but could use a little more punch of flavor. The steak frites was quite delicious.
