But I can't say the same thing about eating. It took an hour to come. Appetizers and meals came out at the same time. Our whole food was cold. We ordered burgers with frits and cettes. The burgers were so cold that the cheese in the juicy lye was a block. The fries and the notes were hard. The food was very disappointing. We brought this to our waitress. I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The burgers were dry and seemed like they had been pre-cooked and reheated, lacking any trace of grease. Our Jucy Lucys had practically no cheese and resembled double hamburgers instead. The buns were also cold. The fries were soggy and overly salty. My daughter's mac and cheese was at room temperature, topped with shredded cheese that didn’t even melt. The only highlight of the meal was the Coke and ice water.
I absolutely adore this restaurant! The steak bites are incredible, and my husband makes sure to order them every time we go. I'm also a huge fan of their pretzel breadsticks and cheese curds. Additionally, they are dog-friendly on the patio and even have a special menu for pets. It was such a delightful experience to bring our dog along, as the staff treated him with so much affection!
A group of girlfriends gathered on Thursday night for some BINGO, beer, and drinks! Our waitress was amazing—she made us feel like we were her only customers, even while managing several tables. The BINGO event was well-organized, and the food and beer were delicious! We all had a fantastic time at Lucy's and have already recommended it to more friends. We will definitely return!

Wow, these are the best cheese curds we've had at a restaurant in years! The burgers were excellent as well. My wife loved the American Lucy, and I had the Lucy Patty Melt, which I believe is the best patty melt I've had in years. The fries were also very good!
The ambiance was amazing, the staff were very welcoming, and there was a great variety of drinks to choose from, complemented by delicious food. My ghost pepper stuffed Juicy Lucy was simply outstanding—absolutely perfect!
