Getting there, parking is a hassle. Food there takes about 30 to 45 minutes to serve. Depending on what you order not everything has flavor. Some servers do not have the best attitudes and it's really hard to get service with them. Be careful when ordering additional sides like tortillas because they claim they give them to you or always try to fuss that they gave the correct amount. Always check your bill to see what they charge you for because they add things they are not suppose to. One last concern is that they included the tip with the bill. I'm not sure if they can do that but I was so unsatisfied with their service.
Before writing this review, I wanted to see if the comments about this place were accurate, but “My God,” what kind of food is this? Honestly, if the majority of people are right, then it must be food, but it feels unbelievable. The dishes seemed poorly prepared; the seams were coming apart, the bananas were undercooked, and the pupusas looked like they had been thrown against the wall. They lacked flavor and the service from the waitstaff was very poor. Overall, I can honestly say it’s not worth it—don't waste your money here.
There was a hair inside my pupusa and my family got a carne asada plate and there was a hair stuck on the meat. And I let them know just so they can be careful and watch the food handelers. And when we told the server she just rolled her eyes and walked away with the plates. I got charged still full price and left without my plate of food
Came here with my family for lunch and in most of our plates there was hair ! We asked the staff about it and they did nothing just proceeded to roll their eyes we didn’t want them to comp the meal or anything we still paid full price we just wanted them to be more careful but that doesn’t deserve the attitude we got

I made a phone ordered and 45 minutes later my order wasn't ready when we picked it up sadly the people there were so rude and where cursing us in Spanish like we didn't understand we asked for a refund and all of sudden our order was ready ?? horrible customer service never again will order again
The food and service were excellent. My fried plantains were forgotten, but it was alright since I was already full. I had three Revueltas and a Negra Modelo.
The staff seems to only be friendly to male customers, and the service is quite slow. Additionally, the parking situation is very cramped.
The pupusas were delicious and Natalie serves you very well, with a very good attitude.
