I visited the bowling alley on Thursday and rented two lanes. Unfortunately, midway through our game, we were informed that we had to move to another lane because a league was scheduled to bowl. We weren't even allowed to finish our game, which was very disappointing. Given the level of rudeness and unprofessional behavior we encountered, we chose to leave. They made no effort to accommodate us at all. We will not be returning to this facility for bowling. It’s important to remember that we are customers, and a more respectful attitude is needed.
