Feia molts anys que no estava en aquest clàssic de Cambrils. L'he trobat totalment renovat en tots els aspectes. L'experiència ha estat molt positiva. Hem fet un menú on és complicat dir quin dels plats estava més encertat. Personal molt atent que et fa l'explicació de tots els plats. Presentació molt d'avanguarda. El cheff, al final, passa per les taules a preguntar l'opinió. Tot un detall. No estaré tant de temps en tornar-hi.
