I have not had such good dim sum in a long time. All the flavours were bold and delicately balanced. Fish balls in green curry was mind-blowing. As someone who eat fish balls on a regular basis, I did not expect them to be having such an exotic flavours. Grilled octopus and the dumpling was amazing too! However, the cocktails did not surprise me compared to the food.
We arrived on Friday night without reservation and we were warmly welcomed and offered a great seat at the bar. Fun, efficient waiting staff and barmen. The food was as good as Hong Kong and better then Michelin starred dim sum in London. I would say this was the best food I personally had ever eaten, anywhere. Thanks for a great experience
Really lovely spot. Everything was divine. Decor, ambience, cocktails and food. The staff were extremely delightful. If you're looking for something just that little bit special, I highly recommend Madam Pang.
Highly recommend Madame Pang! The drinks were SO good (my favorite was the Yunhai) and the service was incredible! A great spot for late night eats/drinks.
