We arrived with a reservation and were seated right away with a smile, despite a busy lobby on a Friday night. Our server, Stephanie, was outstanding. She checked on us multiple times, brought our drinks promptly, packaged our leftovers as soon as we finished, and promptly provided us with the dessert menu. Many places tend to ease off once you receive your meal, but she maintained good service throughout. The food was delicious, with generous portion sizes. We ordered the Chicken Marsala, Salmon Oscar, and Chicken Parmesan. For dessert, we had the Gigi's butter cake, which was amazing. Highly recommended.
Despite the reservation, we waited 25 minutes for a table. The service was quite slow after we were seated as well. This was our second visit and the second time we found the food to be good but not excellent. There is a lot of food for the price, but the quality was not great. For example, the meals were not very flavorful or sophisticated and the dessert was overcooked. It was not worth the wait.
From the moment we walked in, our server, Em, was outstanding. She was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. While my husband's stuffed shells were slightly overcooked, my eggplant parmigiana was consistently delicious. We were celebrating our 44th wedding anniversary and had a pleasant dining experience overall.
The food at Maggiano’s is consistently good. It’s tasty and they give you enough to take some home. It’s always busy so we did wait a while to order and to get our check . Our Maggiano’s is outside of a mall and movie theater so there is a lot of traffic . I highly recommend making a reservation

I made my Valentine’s Day reservations on January 1st. Our dinner was scheduled at 8:30pm, we arrived they claimed they were overbooked told us there was a 3 hour wait. The hostesses were rude I’ll never return to this place.
I have been dining at Maggiano's for over 20 years, and once again the food was fantastic - just like always at Maggiano's. Our server, Spencer, was excellent and his friendly personality really added to the experience.
The service was amazing as well as the food and our server was very courteous and accommodating to us and I appreciate his manners and graciousness.
Always love the food at Maggianos's. What made this meal exceptional was our server, Em. She was charming, funny and very attentive.
