I use this takeaway regularly for home delivery or pick up. The service is great I have built up a lovely relationship with the owner as should be. She is fantastic and always makes me laugh. What is life without a laugh. Anyway the food has never failed to let me down. My current favourite dish is mixed meat satay. Give it a go its excellent. Thank you for all the amazing meals you have made me. Keep up the good work you are five star in my book.
Regularly order from this takeaway when in Dunfermline and have only ever had one disappointing meal and that was when the chef got a bit carried away with the fresh chillies in my black bean sauce! I had never had a black bean sauce that contained chillies so now I remember to ask for them not be included Food always arrives piping hot and the kids are very happy with their food too, especially the chicken and prawns in oyster sauce.
Placed a telephone order was told it would be 1hr wait which is not a problem after 90 minutes nothing had showed up at my door. Phoned back to see what the problem was and was told the order had been mucked up and had not been put through at all. To say I was angry would be an understatement. They wanted my order again however I told them to forget it and went elsewhere. They lost out on the best part of £24 of business.
Ordered 1 of the mystery boxes for £12 it consisted off chicken nuggets,pop corn chicken, mini spring rolls witch tasted just of batter hardly any filling ? 3 chicken balls v small rice and chips. Wasnt happy with this so phoned the shop to say that for the price I paid for the box I didnt feel the food was acceptable to which I was told if I wasnt happy not to use them again vv poor customer service Book a table now
We ordered takeout tonight and were extremely disappointed with the chicken fried rice. It was the worst I have ever tasted. When we called to provide feedback, the girl who answered the phone showed no interest at all. We will not be ordering from this Chinese restaurant again and suggest that you avoid it as well.
So I placed an order and they never gave full order then wen I phoned them they said they can't do anything and put the phone down on me they are the worst restaurant ever dont book with them had a few problems once had a hair in dinner then it was cold try booking somewhere else so u don't turn ill
When our food was served, half of our order was missing. We called the server and the rest of the order arrived 20 minutes later. Our beef satay was actually chicken with a black hair in it. Overall, we were not impressed with this restaurant at all.
I placed an order and it took 1.5 hours to arrive, which is unacceptable for a midweek meal. The portions were very small and the quality was lacking. I will be avoiding this restaurant in the future. Book a table now
Sad to say this place used to be my go to place. Tonight’s order changed that. Over inflated price hikes, smaller and changed recipes and the food is nothing like it used to be. Really disappointing.
