this Thai restaurant is located directly on the heumarkt. on Friday it was almost empty and rather on the dark and dark side. but the reception from the waiter was warm enough. I went for the prawn based tom yam gung .spicy suppe followed by red bark thai curry, gaeng nuea and boiled, partly sticky, reis. as dessert I had a small bowl rambutan that I guess had come from a dose. all very nice. my ess mate went for early roll followed by green hunch thai curry and finished with vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce with snowball. along with alcohol-free drinks and a tip that I paid, which was reasonable. all in all, a beautiful Thai experience lacks a little in the atmosphere given the fact t...
this month visited and in consideration of its situation right next to a Christmas market the prices were very reasonable and eating is some of the best Thai food I ever had. the Satay sauce with the chicken saddles is a stand-out for me... personally but I enjoyed it all. you get even sauces with the meal, and if you ordered a curry (I had the masseur), the rice is included, which is unusual for British Thai restaurants, so was a welcome surprise. the personal was fantastic and eating came out very quickly, they do themselves and support them and stop them here when they are in the cold and want to eat some good Thai food!
the one of and kokain is crazy! we ended at the beginning of the karneval, which makes the kokane a rather strange place. restaurants were full of teletubbies, bees, pirates and other interesting looking creatures. to find a restaurant was not easy. so we enders up here. safe choice as they had space, a varied menu and good service. everything was delivered on time and tasted well. all happy
We arrived to Cologne quite late one night so stumbled upon Mai Thai after a quick wander by our hotel. The place was busy, which is always a good sign. The prices were average and so was the service (only servers for a full...restaurant). The food was definitely fresh and tasted fine. Not mind-blowingly tasty, but perfectly acceptable

Excellent location, delicious food with reasonable prices and friendly staff! In the heart of the old town, close to the main sights: Cathedral, shopping area and the Rhine promenade. If you like Thai food, surely you’ll not be disappointed.
there we were. it was one of the few open restaurants. terrible experience, noodles with garnels were uneatable, very likely some ingredient had gone bad. as proof, felte felt bad in the evening. avoid them at all costs!
I'm sorry, I wanted to eat there but as soon I came here I understood I could not stay and eat. The restaurant is stinking honestly. Like cat toilet or something but not possible for me and my husband to eat there.
