Excellent sandwich and for someone very sensitive to gluten like me, absolutely AUCUN worries while I ate two of their sandwiches the same day. The bread is a long fermentation, it's SUPER! Thanks to you, it's been a long time since I took advantage of a good sandwich without consequences!
