Oh la la. fortunately that I'm on a bike when I stop there, otherwise I'd go back with all the cakes. showcases are beautiful, pastry shops are very varied and creative. bread is very good too. The little sweetness I fear each time: the square with nuts. fall with sandy paste, ganache, nougatine, caramelized nuts.
Really first class. We tried as many types of patisserie as possible in one week. Millefeuills, raspberry tarts, dame Blanche, and eclairs were top favourites, plus the apricot tart of the day! The different breads were all yummy too.
here I have eaten the best hazelnut patis series for a long time! airy butter cream and best hazelnut floor! a dream!
