Oh la la. fortunately that I'm on a bike when I stop there, otherwise I'd go back with all the cakes. showcases are beautiful, pastry shops are very varied and creative. bread is very good too. The little sweetness I fear each time: the square with nuts. fall with sandy paste, ganache, nougatine, caramelized nuts.
everything is good at square house: bread, pastries, patisseries, macarons. Not to miss the nut squares and everything else. a treat
that of choice, freshness of products, until the day of our departure. sweet and salty, everything was tasted :-)
