After we have tried some bakeries in ste maxime for our daily bread, we have settled on the baguette du koch in maitre julien. it looks like some olive oil has been added to the traditional baguette recipe. the result is a delicious crust and. a damp interieur. a bit like a ciabatta. their cakes in the refrigerator are also great.
