Mama Doreen's Emporium

I brought my mother here for birthday. preferred as alternative to the now more produced experience of betty’s. mama doreen was much better for money. service was excellent, helpful and friendly and the whole family (aged 11 to 80 enjoyed the beautifully presented sandwiches and cakes. nothing was too much annoyed. highly recommended and we will not have any doubt in the future.

my son and his fiancée bought me a teegutschein, so I took my daughter. the place was charming, the personal excellent and there was a lot to eat. the choice of sandwiches and delicious cake was the best I had. they even delivered us a box to take home what we couldn't fit! I would definitely recommend a visit. it was a real tasty bite.

had tee with my mother, best friend and mother this afternoon. eating was amazing, the personal was very attentive and the place is beautifully decorated. it is a good value for money, as we couldn't eat everything and have brought our leftovers into the cake boxes home. will come back in any case! mama! doreen is for a nice afternoon!

Absolutely brilliant place! We went for my younger sisters 12th birthday and had afternoon tea with the family. The food was amazing and the staff were even better. We caused a bit of chaos but they were all lovely and made us feel like we were no bother at all. Will definitely be visiting again!

unbelievable afternoon with gin! very friendly staff, very attentive and informative. many attention to detail in the food. could not recommend that it is a must if they are in harrogate. xx
