I ordered a Sicilian slice of pizza and began to eat it, but only took two bites before throwing it away. The cheese and bread were mushy and had a strong odor resembling sweaty feet. When I informed the man behind the counter about the bad cheese, I did so just to give him a heads up, not for a refund. The experience was so unpleasant that I just wanted it to be over. I was taken aback by the slight attitude I received from the man behind the counter. If I were in his shoes, I would have taken the constructive criticism and thanked the customer.
This restaurant is perfect for catering needs. It's a hidden gem that I have used twice for catering services. I am very happy with their exceptional customer service. The food is delicious. Today, I needed an extra full tray of food for an event and after calling them, they delivered it promptly. I highly recommend this place for their organized and professional service. I will definitely continue to use them for catering in the future. Thank you for everything!
Ordered a special dish, but they left out the lobster! I didn't receive a phone call about it and felt cheated. I would not recommend this restaurant. They didn't offer a refund or inform me when I picked up my order. Despite giving a good tip for the pickup, I will not return as they are not honest.
I went to Departure and ordered the buffalo chicken, but the sauce tasted like generic BBQ sauce. The calamari was also not enjoyable. I will not be dining here again.
