As someone from the NJ/NY area, I've struggled to find good pizza in Maryland. On a whim, my husband and I decided to try Mama Lucia's in College Park, MD while shopping nearby. To say that I've been disappointed by pizza in Maryland is an understatement; I've often preferred to eat the cardboard box instead! However, this place truly surprised me—the pizza was absolutely delicious and felt like a taste of home. The food was good I had the Salmon Piccata but our server Lesly spilled a glass of wine down my back. She offered us a free dessert , but did not comp the replacement glass of wine Chianti , nor did she offer a credit on our bill. The manager did not come over to check on things, which leads me to believe that the server might not have told the boss. We have been to the Mamma Lucia 's in Falls Grove a few times, and everything has been excellent. I stopped at this restaurant for a quick meal and I was impressed. I ordered 2 slices of cheese pizza, 1 slice of pepperoni pizza, and a side of hot wings. The cheese slice was delicious, although it could have had a bit more flavor. The hot wings could have been cooked a bit longer and were larger than usual, but they still tasted great. The service was excellent and there was plenty of parking available. The restaurant had a family-friendly atmosphere, which I really enjoyed.
We unfortunately chose a busy time to visit this restaurant, as a tour bus arrived just as we did. Despite the large group, the owner made sure our service was not affected. Surprisingly, our food came out incredibly fast. The homemade appetizers were nearly as delicious as those made by my husband's Italian grandmother. We wish we lived closer so that we could make this our go-to pizza place. We will definitely be returning every time we are in the area.

Edwin and his staff catered two dinners for our swim team while we were in town for a big meet. The food was amazing with the big winners: fettuccini Alfredo, chicken parmigiana and penne vodka. Communication was also great between Edwin and the team as we changing delivery times at the last minute. When the food was delivered, it was nice and hot. I highly recommend them for your large and small meals. Thanks!
The food and service was 5 star. The portions were very large (enough for 2 big meals. The server was very helpful, warmed my food when I was late arriving, offered extras when she saw we were taking food out. The ambiance isn't that great, it is in a strip mall. I will return!
Delicious food and great friendly service! We had chicken parmesan and seafood pasta with huge side salads and enjoyed it so much we came back a second night for pizza which was also really good! Love their olive oil dipping sauce! It?s addictive!
The Uber driver was friendly and the service was fast. The meal was decent, but it would have been better if the onions were freshly cut evenly to avoid leaving a strong taste in the mouth. Using a mandolin would have been the ideal tool for this.

We enjoyed our pizza, tiramisu, and the service. The pizza was delicious and ver cheesy and great amount of meat toppings for a slice. The tiramisu was devine the mascapone filing was delicious. Ethan was a good server.
The attitude or this waitress (pictured) was beyond rude. And the food wasn't good at all, very bland. And what wasn't bland was extra salty. My work group and I will never return !
