On my way to Starbucks I saw this place and decided to try their bagel! Be careful of the prices sometimes more expensive than it says with the salmon cost about 13! The salesman at the cash register got distracted 2-3 times he asked me back what Iwanted! Still got it all wrong ! When I asked him to change it, he claimed I had said otherwise! That is, he accused me of lying..., Well, a girl who remade my order to me after all just threw Yes threw my order on the counter! And yes I paid 17 bucks!Totally do not recommend coming here if you do not want to ruin your morning
The place is clean and organized, food is fresh and the staff is really nice, the young guys are respectful and quick, specially Gio, she is the best over there! She is always on point with the orders and good service.I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of the manager on weekends, she is rude, never smiles to clients and more than twice i saw how she screams across the room to the employees make them feel humiliate, it is just unacceptable and disturbing when you're trying to have a peaceful break there.Other than that this place is my favorite!
I stop by this Manhattan bagel shop about 4 days per week and the draw is a female staff member named: GioShe virtually does it all meaning she knows how to cook very well and waits on customers with showing her awesome personality and wisdom of a person who should be in managementI am a top chef and owned 29 upscale restaurants and I am not at all easy to please.Whenever you stop by this Manhattan bagel you can ask for Gio but honestly I think you will easily spot her because her talents shine.RT
Great Location, easy access and plenty of parking. The place inside is very clean, the bathrooms also very clean. This is the first time I eat there and I can tell you that I will for sure stop by again on my way to my orthopedic appointment next month. The staff was friendly, service was fast and most importantly the food was so so fresh. I got an all grain bagel with egg white turkey and avocado and I promise this is the best I ever tried yet. I definitely recommend this place beyond 5 stars

The employees are racist and when asked my name when I placed my order after spelling it out still spelled my name wrong. The employees took very long with my order after correcting them while many other customers received their order while I waited patiently having to ask them about my order then hurriedly hands it to me after I ask. Will not be coming back to this establishment.
I used a Groupon to pay $10 for $20 worth of food. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. The food was prepared with great care and quality. The bathroom was spotless. The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere; it's very inviting and conveniently located right next to Starbucks! I highly recommend this place.

The hash browns weren't impressive, and the bacon, egg, and cheese were quite basic. However, that iced caramel coffee was incredible! I would definitely order just for the frozen caramel coffee!

I have a long commute to work and pass by this restaurant every day. I would like to place my order in advance, but they never answer the phone, no matter what time I call.
